1 Avocado, peeled and seeded
1/2 Lime, Juiced
2 Slices Wholegrain Bread
2 Eggs Scrambled
Salt and Pepper to season
Toast the Wholegrain Bread and set on a plate.
Mash the Avocado, Lime, Chilli, Salt and Pepper and spread on the toast.
Top with the poached eggs.
You don't have to top with eggs for this recipe, you can top with bacon, or any over topping. Or just leave it with the Avocado.
