Terms and Conditions

Prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT and are exclusive of delivery. Delivery charges, if applicable will be displayed and added to your total order amount. The total order amount is the amount to be payable by you. We have the right, at any time, to change the prices or offers stated on the website, however these changes will not affect any orders already in process. 

All sales, offers and promotions exclude our sample products. In some cases, these offers will exclude our bundles, however this will be stated within the offer. 

We aim to send orders via next day delivery, however in some cases, there may be a delay. In these situations we will inform you of this delay with an approximate delivery date where possible. We will not be held liable for delays in the delivery of your order where there are circumstances beyond our control. This includes poor weather conditions, or issues with the courier service. If a product is not available upon your order, we will notify you by email or other means if an email is not available. We will offer you the choice to wait for your products, or receive a refund for your order. 

We will not be held liable for any damage to your products during delivery. If any damage does occur, then please contact us at info@bbsupplements.uk so we can investigate.

At BB Supplements we use a next day delivery service. We do use various courier providers for shipping outside Europe. All UK deliveries are sent via a fully tracked next day service, excluding Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, and the Scottish Highlands which is sent on a two day service. All UK mainland Deliveries are free, however delivery charges will still apply outside of these areas, Delivery charges to Norther Ireland and the Channel Islands will be charged separately via an invoice. The delivery charge must be paid before the order is fulfilled. 

We process and send all parcels Monday - Friday unless on a bank holiday. We do not process any orders on Saturday or Sunday. All orders are processed up until 2pm weekdays. After 2pm, orders are processed the next working day. UK orders placed after 2pm on a Friday or on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday for delivery Tuesday. 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.



When placing an order you must enter a contact telephone number so that you can be contacted by the delivery company if any issues arise. 




International Delivery to Non-EU Countries

For shipments to non-EU countries we use the Royal Mail track and signed service. Please note that shipping for non-EU countries through the Royal Mail track and signed service is only available for orders weighing 2kg or less. If you are ordering from a non-EU country where your order exceeds this weight limit, then please contact us via email or via our contact page, as we may be able to find an alternative shipment provider for your order.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Please note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. If your location is not listed as a shipping destination please contact Us.

All products eligible for international delivery (non-EU countries) are listed under the "Worldwide stacks" category on our website. Delivery to international countries usually takes 5-7 working days, depending on the country being shipped to.  



You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If a product is part of a bundle or multi-buy offer, then all items need to be returned to us provided they are unopened. If a product to be returned was supplied with a free gift, the free gift will also need to be returned. 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
